We have a zero-tolerance policy for any type of discrimination, harassment, or intimidation on the grounds of gender, race, marital status, religious belief, disability, sexual orientation, or political opinion. This extends to all of our personnel, as well as clients and vendors with whom our team members may work during their duties. The Guard Alliance promotes this policy throughout our training, recruitment, and development processes. Our Environment

Our top priority is to reduce the travel time of our guards. As a security and fire watch provider with a nationwide presence, we have found that the most effective strategy is to hire local guards whenever possible. By maintaining satellite offices across the USA and building a reliable network of partner companies, we ensure speedy deployments for our clients and lower carbon emissions for the planet.
