FAQ

We provide armed security guards, unarmed security guards, and fire watch guards for enterprise sites across the country. Vehicle patrol is available as part of our armed and unarmed deployments. Tell us what you need, and we’ll match it to the right service.

We offer both armed and unarmed guards. The right choice depends on your site, your risk profile, and applicable local regulations. Armed guards are commonly deployed at banks, high-value facilities, and high-risk operations. Unarmed guards are well-suited to commercial properties, corporate offices, residential communities, and most event-based deployments. Our team can help you decide during the quote process.

Pricing depends on location, contract length, scope of work, number of guards, shift patterns, and whether the deployment requires armed or unarmed personnel. Request a quote and our team will provide a custom estimate the same business day.

The Guard Alliance provides coverage across all 50 states. We maintain direct operations in our licensed markets and provide service in every other state through a vetted partner network. See our Locations page for a complete list of cities and contact information for the office nearest you.

Our team deploys guards on short notice, typically within hours during business hours. For emergency situations — including sprinkler outages, code-required fire watch, and same-day event coverage — contact our dispatch team at (800) 230-7015 for the fastest response.

No. The Guard Alliance operates on a flexible, as-needed basis. We scale coverage up or down based on your needs, and clients can modify or end services without long-term contract obligations.

The Guard Alliance is fully licensed in every state where we maintain direct operations, currently including California, Oregon, Washington, Texas, Georgia, Florida, and Ohio. We carry $4 million in general liability insurance, $1 million in commercial auto coverage, and $1 million in workers’ compensation coverage. All our armed, unarmed, and fire watch guards undergo comprehensive background checks, including verification of prior employment, criminal history, and personal references. Each candidate also completes drug screening and structured interviews before being hired.

All our guards complete required state licensing courses, plus ongoing training in de-escalation, professional conduct, emergency response, and the specific protocols for their assigned post. Armed guards complete additional firearms training and certification as required by state law.

The Guard Alliance serves enterprise clients across nearly every industry, including commercial and residential properties, construction sites, retail stores, banks and financial institutions, hospitals and healthcare facilities, schools and higher education, office buildings, industrial sites, and events.
